Customer Service Representative II - Bilingual /Supply Technician Position Summary Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II to provide professional customer service and administrative support. This position communicates with English- and Spanish-speaking customers by telephone, email, and mail; researches and resolves customer inquiries; and performs data entry, reporting, and database maintenance. Answer inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, research issues, and provide timely and accurate resolutions. Supply Technician Position Summary Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking a Supply Technician to support inventory control, material processing, reporting, and supply operations. The position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating the flow of materials, preparing reports, and assisting with inventory discrepancy resolution. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Receive, process, track, and coordinate inventory and materials. Monitor material flow and maintain accurate inventory records. Prepare print orders, including applicable SF-1 forms . Generate weekly and monthly inventory and financial reports. Conduct cyclical and annual physical inventories. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain supply records, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide instructions and information to contractors and other personnel regarding applicable supply procedures. Maintain accurate data within applicable inventory and reporting systems. Perform other supply and inventory-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of relevant supply, inventory, warehouse, logistics, or related experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Knowledge of inventory management practices and discrepancy resolution. Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize assignments and meet established deadlines. Physical Demands The employee must be able to perform standard office and inventory-related activities, including sitting, standing, walking, using a computer, and handling records and materials as required by the position.
