Job Description

Inventory & Operations Support Specialist (new title) - Salon & Spa Join a leading name in the beauty industry as a key contributor within a fast-paced, multi-location salon and spa environment. This role blends hands-on operational support with a strong focus on analytics, data accuracy, inventory management, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records using digital systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across locations Analyze and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and inventory data to identify discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy Receive, log, and process incoming shipments from multiple carriers with a high level of organization, accuracy and attention to detail Coordinate order fulfillment by accurately picking, packing, and preparing product for distribution to multiple sites Utilize company vehicle to ensure timely and efficient delivery of inventory between multi-locations/multi-floor- delivering up to 10 hours per week Monitor inventory trends and support data-driven decision-making to optimize stock levels and reduce waste Execute light facility maintenance tasks, including replacing bulbs and filters and maintaining exterior areas Provide operational and administrative support to the housekeeping department

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and transport inventory and deliveries throughout multi-locations, including up and down stairs. Strong computer proficiency with an emphasis on report analytics, accurate data entry, and reconciliation (excel, email, and related tools) Demonstrated ability to manage and organize data with a high level of accuracy 1-2 years inventory and data analytic experience Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual is preferred, but not required Availability on Saturdays Apply with confidence by submitting your resume.
