  • Full-time About the Role We're hiring an Inventory Curation Associate to help organize, prep, curate, and upload inventory across our selling platforms.
This is an entry-level role for someone who loves product, thrives in an organized environment, and has a strong eye for detail and presentation. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into inventory operations, merchandising, resale, or live commerce. You'll gain hands-on experience with a wide range of products, help shape how inventory is prepared for sale, and play an important role in how product moves from intake to listing to live sale. In this role, you'll work closely with our inventory and live sales teams to sort incoming items, pull product for upcoming streams, maintain organization across inventory, and help ensure the right items are in the right place at the right time. You'll also support the listing side of the business by uploading inventory across multiple platforms and helping maintain accurate product information, condition notes, and item details. While this role will primarily support luxury inventory, our business also spans additional categories including fashion, golf, and other product categories as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with a wide variety of inventory and wants exposure to the fast-paced world of live commerce and e-commerce operations. What You'll Do Organize and maintain inventory across multiple product categories, with a primary focus on luxury goods Pull and prep product for live streams, photography, and internal needs Assist with inventory intake, tagging, sorting, and movement of product between departments Help curate item selections for upcoming live sales based on category, price point, condition, or theme Upload inventory across multiple selling platforms and ensure product information is accurate and complete Enter and maintain item details including titles, condition notes, pricing, measurements, and relevant product information Ensure inventory is stored neatly, accurately, and in a way that supports efficient stream preparation Track item locations and maintain accurate inventory records Identify missing, misplaced, or mismatched items and help resolve discrepancies Support product presentation by making sure selected inventory is camera-ready and properly grouped Work cross-functionally with hosts, moderators, photography, and operations teams to keep product flowing smoothly What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Interest in fashion, luxury goods, resale, or e-commerce Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, operational environment Comfortable with hands-on inventory work, repetitive tasks, and shifting priorities throughout the day Reliable, proactive, and able to work well on a team Comfortable using spreadsheets, inventory systems, and internal tracking tools A good eye for product presentation, styling, or merchandising is a plus Nice to Have Experience in retail, stock, merchandising, fulfillment, consignment, or e-commerce operations Familiarity with luxury goods, fashion, apparel, accessories, golf equipment, or similar product categories Experience handling inventory, product uploads, listing support, or live sales support Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, studio, retail, or operations environment
