Job Description

A locally owned and nationally recognized Printing, Signage and Marketing Services company in the Newark, Delaware area is looking for a Print Associate. Position Overview:
Assist in print finishing and ensure customer's materials are accounted for accurately, stored properly, safely and available for shipping when needed.
Print Duties:
Perform bindery function as noted on work order/job tickets.
This may include:
folding, cutting, padding, numbering, punching, spiral or coil binding, fastback, collating, scoring, perforating, drilling, stitching or stapling, laminating and wrapping. Establish priorities by dates on work order/job tickets and when necessary, priorities set by management. Package jobs, complete job tickets/work orders and delivery receipts as necessary and place in designated areas. Arrange for delivery or shipping of items as needed using shipper designated on work order/job ticket.
Shipping and Receiving Duties:
Process receipt/returns of customer materials following SOP's. Verify accuracy of counts, packaging requirements and reconcile. Accurately store incoming materials. Maintain a safe and orderly dock and storage area. Ship through various software including FedEx, UPS, and Endicia Have customer materials in ideal 'picking' locations.
Job Requirements:
Accurate data input translating customer/vendor supplied information and utilizing EZ Order and Microsoft software. Provide support to your team and all departments. Physical capabilities for lifting and moving materials up to 50lbs. Analysis and problem-solving techniques.

$15.00 per hour
