AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING INVENTORY SPECIALIST

$45,000 + Annual Potential

MAJOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE

Enter incoming new vehicles into the Reynolds system for multiple stores and post them to Accounting when received Create stock jackets and match with incoming MSO's Complete Dealer Trades, including processing checks, sending out paperwork and follow-up on receipt of incoming documents Review and maintain all schedules assigned and turn in for review on Thursday. Communicate errors, unusual items, proposed solutions and process improvement opportunities Other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR HIRE

Automotive Accounting experience preferred. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is preferred but will train. Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
