This position supports daily warehouse operations by processing supplier shipments, entering inventory into the system, locating products, assisting with order pulling, and identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Receive and unload shipments from suppliers. Check incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Count and verify products received to ensure quantities are accurate. Inspect incoming products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies. Enter received products and quantities accurately into the inventory system. Maintain accurate inventory counts and records. Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory checks. Locate missing, misplaced, or hard-to-find inventory. Assist the pulling team with locating and preparing products for orders. Verify products and quantities to help ensure order accuracy. Return products to their proper warehouse locations. Remove stickers or labels from returned items when needed and place products back on the appropriate shelves. Identify and report damaged, missing, misplaced, or incorrect products. Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to management. Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or items that need to be replenished. Maintain proper product labeling and shelf organization. This position helps prepare and stock products, organize the live stream area, assist the host during broadcasts, manage product information, and ensure the live stream runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Prepare products and materials needed for each live stream. Apply stickers and product labels to items before they are presented or sold. Stock products and ensure inventory is replenished and organized in the appropriate locations. Organize and stage products in the order they will be presented. Assist the host with retrieving, organizing, and bringing products to the host to be shown during the live stream. Keep the live show process running smoothly by anticipating the host's needs and ensuring products and materials are ready when needed. Keep products readily available and organized throughout the broadcast. Assist the host with product changes and transitions during the live. Monitor customer comments, questions, and online inquiries. Provide product information, pricing, availability, and details to the host. Track products featured or sold during the live stream. Assist with pulling products from inventory. Make sure products are properly labeled, stickered, stocked, and ready to be shown on camera. Monitor inventory availability and communicate when products are out of stock. Assist with preparing products and orders after the live stream. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional live stream area. Quickly address or report inventory, product, technical, or customer service issues that could interrupt the live show.
