Do you want to be a part of a dedicated team at the forefront of innovation in the remodeling industry? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Inventory Specialist who wants to join our Inventory team. Our Inventory Specialist is an important member of our Inventory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, receiving orders and inventorying items in the correct location in the warehouse or storage facility. This position will work with all company departments and vendors ensuring customer timelines are met. This role involves receiving inventory, organizing inventory, conducting regular audits, and ensuring that all products are accounted for. The Inventory Clerk plays a crucial role in supporting the logistics and operations teams by providing accurate data and ensuring efficient inventory management. Inventory Specialist Responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, completing regular audits and ensuring all products have been received Receive and verify deliveries (merchandise, materials, delivery address, quantities, undamaged, etc.) to POs Collaborate with Procurement to verify inventory counts are accurate and up to date Work with Procurement to resolve shipping errors, shortages or damaged merchandise Experience with inventory control and warehouse systems Skills & Competencies Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment while staying organized Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and respectful manner with all co-workers Detail oriented; ensuring accuracy and the ability to resolve receiving discrepancies Must be dependable, reliable and punctual Forklift Certified, or willing to become forklift certified. Ability to be on your feet for prolonged periods.
Requirements:
Requirements Available to work Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 2:30pm Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and respectful manner Detail oriented; ensuring accuracy and the ability to resolve receiving discrepancies Must be dependable, reliable and punctual A valid driver's license Preferred; not required Forklift certified 2-3 years of hands on inventory experience We are looking for applicants who take pride in their work, work their scheduled shifts and enjoy being a part of a winning team.
