Receive, inspect, organize, and distribute supplies to appropriate departments. Monitor inventory levels and prepare supply orders as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with routine inventory counts. Ensure supplies are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to facility procedures. Monitor expiration dates and remove expired or damaged supplies. Communicate with vendors and assist with deliveries and supply discrepancies. Keep the central supply area clean, organized, and secure. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies when handling and storing supplies. Work closely with nursing and other departments to address supply needs promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in healthcare, inventory, central supply, or a similar role preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift, move, and organize supply boxes and materials as required. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently. Knowledge of medical supplies and skilled nursing facility operations is a plus.
