Warehouse, Shipping & Inventory Specialist StenoWorks, Inc. — Lake Worth, FL Full-Time | Monday-Friday | $19-$22 per hour Air-Conditioned Warehouse StenoWorks is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on person to join our small team and take responsibility for the day-to-day flow of products through our warehouse. This is more than a packing and shipping job. StenoWorks sells, rents, repairs, and refurbishes professional stenography equipment used by court reporters, captioners, students, and schools throughout the country. We need someone who can help keep our warehouse, receiving, inventory, and shipping operation organized and running smoothly. The right person will be someone who notices when something is out of place, enjoys creating order, works carefully, and takes pride in getting things done correctly. What You'll Be Doing Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Receive and process incoming packages and equipment Identify, label, and route incoming equipment to the correct area Put products into their proper inventory locations Help maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations Assist with inventory counts and correcting discrepancies Keep warehouse shelves, bins, receiving areas, and shipping stations organized Clean and prepare used stenography equipment and accessories Inspect equipment for obvious cosmetic damage or missing items Assemble accessory packages and product kits Prepare equipment for repair, rental, resale, or customer shipment Maintain shipping and packing supplies Help improve warehouse organization and workflow What We're Looking For Experience is helpful, but attitude, dependability, and organization are extremely important to us. What Makes This Position Different This is not a large distribution-center environment where you perform the same task all day. Our warehouse is air-conditioned , providing a more comfortable year-round work environment than many warehouse positions in South Florida. You will work with a small team and learn different parts of our business. Our goal is for the person in this position to eventually take ownership of much of our shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and warehouse organization. When something arrives, we want to know where it is. When something is needed, we want to be able to find it. When a customer order needs to ship, we want it to go out accurately and on time.
