Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Car Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The Car Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing the vehicle inventory for Central Florida Pick and Pay. Central Florida Pick and Pay is located in Orlando, Florida, however, this position is based out our Lakeland yard.. The role involves tracking, organizing, and updating records of all vehicles within the company's inventory system, ensuring accurate data and effective communication with other departments and external vendors. The coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the inventory and ensuring all vehicle-related processes run smoothly. Responsibilities Count cars dropped off and picked up at the Yard daily. Conduct daily physical counts of cars and ensure they match the system records. Inspect vehicles to ensure they are complete, including verifying the presence of the engine, transmission, original catalytic converter, battery, and all four rims and tires. Take and upload pictures of vehicles into the system as part of the inspection process. Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and discrepancies. Ensure all cars are properly stored and organized in the yard. Assist in coordinating transportation logistics as needed. Handle multitasking efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from the workplace. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in inventory management or related field preferred but not required. Experience with vehicle inspection and basic photography skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
