Job Description

Job Overview LMS Florida is seeking a dedicated, highly focused Shipping & Receiving Attendant for our Marianna location. This role goes beyond conventional dock work: you will serve as a crucial operational link, managing inventory for both our active field service crews and our onsite fabrication shop.
Duties Receiving & Logistics:
Unload, inspect, and log incoming raw materials, fabrication supplies, and field equipment.
Inventory Control & Job Allocation:
Track and maintain accurate running balances of inventory assigned to specific active projects.
Database & Reporting Coordination:
Communicate inventory data directly to our NC Inventory Manager to ensure real-time accuracy across company-wide job tracking and management systems.
Fulfillment:
Stage and issue required equipment, materials, and parts to field technicians and shop fabrication staff efficiently.

Workplace Environment:
You will be working in an active shop setting with typically 6 to 12 team members present.
Facility Security:
Please note that our facility operates under active monitoring to maintain safety, security, and quality control standards. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Basic computer literacy and comfort using inventory management software/spreadsheets. Clear written and verbal communication skills (coordinating across departments and remote managers). Ability to lift, organize, and move shop/jobsite materials safely. Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse inventory, or fabrication/construction materials is a plus.
