We are looking for a dependable and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and help support the next chapter of our continued success. This position is responsible for keeping customer orders moving accurately and keeping warehouse inventory organized through modern barcode and scanning technology. This is not just a general labor position. We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, stay organized, and take responsibility for completing work correctly. Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse scanners and bin locations Verify item numbers, quantities, and products before orders are completed Pack and prepare orders for shipment Replenish and stock warehouse shelves throughout the day Use handheld barcode scanners to locate, move, and verify inventory Receive incoming merchandise and put products into the correct warehouse locations Load and unload delivery trucks and incoming shipments Check incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly located inventory Maintain clean and organized aisles, shelves, and work areas Assist coworkers when your assigned work is completed Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper material-handling practices Perform other warehouse duties as needed Skills Dependable and consistent attendance Self-motivated and able to stay productive without constant supervision Strong communication skills Comfortable using handheld scanners and warehouse technology Able to follow item numbers, bin locations, quantities, and written instructions accurately Strong attention to detail Organized and able to keep inventory and work areas in order Willing to learn new products, systems, and procedures Team-oriented and willing to help where needed Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous warehouse, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or stocking experience preferred Experience with RF scanners, barcode scanners, pallet jacks, or warehouse inventory systems is a plus Comfortable performing the physical duties required for warehouse operations, with or without reasonable accommodation The Person We Want We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and does not need to be constantly told what to do next. A successful employee in this position notices when shelves need to be replenished, keeps their work area organized, communicates when there is a problem, verifies their work before moving on, and helps the team when their own responsibilities are caught up. Accuracy, dependability, communication, and initiative are just as important to us as previous warehouse experience.
