CTL Inventory Specialist Requirements:

No minimum education requirements Decision Making and Problem Solving Written and Oral Communication Proficiency Time Management and Organizational Skills Ethical Conduct Technical and Analytical Capacity Results Driven Deadline Oriented Organizational skills and attention to detail W ork unsupervised and be self-directed Proficient in basic computer skills to include Microsoft products

Duties:

Responsible for tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventories to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient operations to ensure operations have the necessary chemicals and supplies to minimize downtime or increased scrap. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records Organize and store inventory according to company standards Perform weekly inventory counts of chemicals and consumables Execute specific financial inventories as defines. End of month chemical inventories for Finance Work with Logistics to update chemical inventories in SAP Update the chemical ordering and pricing with correct inventories and the 6-month forecast Oder chemicals based on usage, current inventor levels, and 6 month forecast to ensure the Value-Added department does not run out of supplies needed to run the business Knowledge of chemical hazards, waste management procedures, and implementation of emergency response procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned to maintain work flow or respond to emergency conditions. Adheres to all company policies and procedures. Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with 5 S standards. Requires the ability to perform all duties within limitation of the standard methods and procedures, and in accordance with strict adherence to HSE, quality and productivity requirements. Assist other positions within the Value-Added department
