Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Home Inventory - Procurement & Compliance Specialist to oversee home inventory management, procurement, logistics, compliance, and reporting functions. This role is responsible for managing new and used home inventory, coordinating with manufacturers and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and titles, and delivering actionable inventory analytics. Key Responsibilities Manage the lifecycle of new home orders, including purchasing, order modifications, delivery coordination, and manufacturer communications. Oversee used home inventory acquisitions, including repossessions and abandoned homes. Coordinate warranty and non-warranty service, parts, and repairs with manufacturers. Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting within company systems. Partner with Sales, Operations, Construction, and Accounting teams to support inventory needs and resolve issues. Manage home titles and ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Monitor inventory-related expenditures, validate coding accuracy, and support budget compliance. Develop and maintain inventory KPI reporting, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Communicate inventory status, logistics updates, and key action items to stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Experience in inventory management, purchasing, operations, fleet management, manufactured housing, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with Salesforce, Rent Manager, or similar systems is a plus. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with accounting and purchasing processes preferred.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
