Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Acquisitions:

Lead the buying and selling process for coins, precious metals, and memorabilia. You will be responsible for authenticating, pricing, and organizing high-turnover stock. •

Customer Relationship Management:

Build a loyal "inner circle" of collectors by providing expert advice and exceptional service. •

Business Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand our reach through local events, digital marketplaces, or enhanced merchandising. What We're Looking For •

Experience:

3+ years in retail management or small business operations. Specific experience with coins, precious metals, or sports cards and other collectibles is a Must. •

High Integrity:

Since we handle high-value assets, you must be exceptionally honest, accountable, and detail-oriented. •

Entrepreneurial Spirit:

You don't just "watch the clock" -- you look for ways to improve the shop's efficiency and profitability. •

Tech Literacy:

Ability to use modern Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic digital inventory tools. Computer literacy with Microsoft is a must. Experience with listing on eBay and other social media outlets. Why Join Us? •
