Summary:
Red Cedar is looking for Supply Planner Support professionals with expertise in item management, inventory management, and supply chain optimization to support the efficient distribution and sustainment of Air Force assets worldwide. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of supply chain operations, logistics processes, repair management, Air Force budgeting systems, and related data systems. They should also possess leadership capabilities and advanced analytical skills to resolve complex inventory management challenges while supporting mission-critical logistics operations
Responsibilities:
Identifying and developing requirements, managing items, and executing requirements. Evaluating program efficiency and effectiveness. Validating repair requirements and initiating and managing organic and contractual repair arrangements. Procuring items and maintaining supporting documentation. Optimizing the global distribution of assets based on customer requirements. Analyzing data to determine the most effective demand-planning methods. Resolving complex inventory management issues. Preparing reports, presentations, and briefings for management and customers. Assisting government personnel with supply-planning and item-management activities. Applying knowledge of logistics planning, programming, and budgeting systems. Using relevant Air Force data and logistics systems. Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Communicating effectively with government personnel, stakeholders, and customers.
Requirements:
Must have at least 8 years of Air Force supply chain management experience in the applicable functional area. Active Secret Clearance
