Job Title:

Part-Time Inventory & Project Coordinator Employment Type:

Part-Time In this dynamic role, you will support our Lemon Law and Customer Care operations through inventory administration, data analytics, vendor management, and cross-functional project coordination across a nationwide portfolio of buyback vehicles.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Administration:

Monitor vehicle milestones, title activity, aging metrics, and storage locations for national buyback vehicles. Assist with audits and compliance reviews.

Reporting & Analytics:

Build operational reports, dashboards, and executive presentations. Track KPIs, validate datasets, and identify reporting discrepancies.

Project Coordination:

Track project milestones, maintain deliverables, coordinate UAT testing, and ensure accountability across internal and external stakeholders.

Vendor Management:

Support communications and operational tracking for storage providers, transport vendors, and legal partners.

Process Improvement:

Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist with workflow optimization and administrative efficiency. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, inventory management, business operations, or data reporting. Experience in automotive, logistics, customer service, or supply chain environments preferred. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent practical experience considered). strong analytical mindset with experience handling large datasets and creating clear business summaries. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.

salary:

$22.99 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
