Inventory Replenishment Specialist

Overview We are seeking a highly dependable, detail-oriented Replenishment Associate to support operations at one of the world's largest e-commerce companies. This is a critical operational role responsible for ensuring Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) vending solutions remain fully stocked, accurately maintained, and operational at all times. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Replenishment Replenish PPE vending equipment on scheduled service days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday). Ensure every PPE item is loaded into its designated machine location and slot with 100% accuracy. Verify all products, quantities and locations before completing each replenishment. Maintain clean, organised and professional machine presentation. Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock levels with the company mobile application. Complete weekly audits of inventory held within the storage facility. Identify and report stock shortages before they impact client operations. Collect pick-and-pack orders from the local storage facility or FedEx location (If applicable). Route & Schedule Management Travel between two client facilities using your own reliable vehicle. Complete all scheduled replenishments within the required service windows. Manage your daily workload efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Notify management immediately of any delays, stock issues or operational concerns. Understand that maintaining schedule commitments is critical to our contractual obligations. Technology & Reporting Use the Routd Driver mobile application to record all replenishment activity. Accurately complete inventory transactions and service records. Report machine faults, inventory discrepancies and damaged equipment. Assist with troubleshooting vending machine issues where required. Customer Service Represent the company professionally while working on client sites. Build positive relationships with client personnel. Respond professionally to customer enquiries and escalate issues appropriately. Team Support Assist in onboarding and training new Replenishment Associates. Share best practices and help maintain consistent operating standards across the team. Essential Requirements Successfully pass a background check. Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's licence. Reliable smartphone compatible with company applications. WhatsApp installed for operational communications. Routd Driver mobile application installed and used throughout each shift. Working Schedule Service Days Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Estimated Time per Day is 1-4 hours Daytime availability between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM is required to complete scheduled replenishment activities.
