Role Summary:

Supervises technicians, ensures correct execution of inventory pulls, palletization, scanning, and Maximo coordination. Ensures quality, safety, and workflow accuracy across Records Center tasks.

Key Duties :

Assign daily tasks to technicians, monitor productivity, and validate accuracy. Perform quality checks on barcodes, pallets, and Maxio location data. Ensure safe operation of lifts and scanning equipment. Support workflows, destruct pulls, and non-transmittal pulls. Escalate issues such as missing boxes, mismatched barcodes, or retention conflicts.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
