Warehouse Manager / Management Position Overview Infinity Golf Cart Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and hands-on Warehouse & Parts Inventory Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, maintaining accurate records, and making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. The successful candidate will be responsible for parts inventory, stocking and organizing warehouse shelves and racks, processing warranty claims and adjustments, and assisting with general warehouse duties as needed. We are looking for someone who is a team player with a strong work ethic and is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. No two days may be exactly alike, so flexibility and a positive attitude are important. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate parts inventory and inventory records. Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming parts. Stock shelves, racks, bins, and other warehouse storage areas. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages or discrepancies. Investigate and correct inventory discrepancies when necessary. Process and maintain records for warranty claims and warranty adjustments. Enter and maintain accurate information in computer systems. Assist with receiving and unloading parts shipments and delivery trucks when needed. Properly label, organize, and store parts and materials. Pull and prepare parts for technicians, customers, or other departments. Communicate with team members regarding inventory, parts availability, warranty issues, and other warehouse needs. Perform counting, data entry, filing, and record-keeping accurately. Follow company procedures for inventory control and warranty processing. Assist other departments and team members with tasks as needed. Perform other warehouse and company duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will: Be extremely detail-oriented and take pride in accuracy. Have strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Be dependable, punctual, and responsible. Be comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. Have a "whatever needs to get done" attitude and be willing to assist with a variety of tasks. Be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Be computer literate and comfortable learning and using inventory, warranty, email, and other computer systems. Have basic math and counting skills. Be able to accurately enter information and maintain records. Have good communication skills. Be able to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a busy environment. Be willing to learn about golf cart parts and our products. Have a positive attitude and professional approach to working with coworkers and customers. Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position. The employee must be able to: Regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the warehouse. Lift and carry at least 35 pounds when required. Safely move and organize parts, boxes, and inventory. Assist with unloading parts trucks and shipments when needed. Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, and stocking activities. Work safely around warehouse equipment, shelving, racks, parts, and other materials.
