Job Description

Sigvaris is currently looking for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team in Peachtree City, GA. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through daily cycle counting and ensures products are stocked in correct bins, racks or pallet locations. This role ensures all materials are stored in the most efficient locations, inventory discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly, and warehouse inventory accuracy meets operational standards without reliance on annual physical counts. This role has responsibility for the Amazon FBA inventory.

SHIFT:

Monday to Friday 2nd: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

PAY PLUS BONUSES

$20.89 per hour with an increase every six months during the first year plus shift differential Opportunity to earn $100 Attendance bonus payments per quarter.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and implements daily and weekly cycle counts. Investigates and reconciles inventory discrepancies. Adjust inventory records according to procedures. Reports on inventory issues to the Warehouse Manager. Audits Ecommerce inventory (non-scanned). Ensures warehouse shipments B to B and intercompany are properly labels and ship on time. Supports continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory errors. Fosters positive morale among staff, by promotion of open communication with all departments, to help create and maintain an innovative and cooperative staff relationship and environment. o Interacts with external and internal customers in a timely manner conducive to continued positive relationships. o Displays patience, courtesy and tact; demonstrates flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate while working with others or in place of others as necessary. Demonstrates effective communication methods. o Manager and/or appropriate management staff are kept informed of developments affecting their functions. o Responds quickly to all oral and written communications. o Maintains and encourages an open line of communication with both internal and external customers. o Accurately and legibly presents written data to affected internal/external customer. policies, industry standards, ISO 13485 standards, 6S and Lean Manufacturing, and Federal, State and local laws. Assists with the implementation of Lean/Kaizen initiatives or events in all manufacturing areas. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and

WORK EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent education and experience. A minimum of three (3) years of warehouse inventory experience. Experience in ecommerce distribution

CRITICAL SKILLS

Advanced computer skills - strong in Excel and warehouse management knowledge Familiar with key performance metrics in a warehouse environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly required to stand, walk, climb (ladder) for extended periods of time in a non-temperature controlled environment. Ability to reach, stoop, kneel. Required to repetitively lift up to 20 pounds.
