M-F, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Eastern Time Job Description The Cycle Count Specialist is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory (parts and machines) and performing cycle counts to ensure that all materials are properly verified and that the reported inventory reflects the actual inventory. The Cycle Counter will maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting. This role also ensures compliance with company policies and keeps operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Maintain inventory accuracy for machines and parts via daily cycle counts. Locate parts that have been improperly inventoried; determine the cause of the discrepancy if possible. Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products. All of this is always carried out in accordance with our company's quality, environmental, and health policies. Qualifications 2 years of prior experience with parts cycle counts required Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in completing work, carefully reviewing information, identifying errors, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proven experience with a parts WMS Must be able to work in a team as well as independently Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift, push, and/or pull objects up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely as required. Must be okay with working in small, confined spaces. Ability to climb up, under, around, and over large equipment, and work at heights of up to 30 feet. A current, valid driver's license and insurable driving record are required Safety-Sensitive Position Designation• This position is designated as a safety-sensitive role. The essential functions of this position include the operation of heavy machinery, construction equipment, powered industrial trucks (including forklifts), or the supervision of employees performing such duties. Performance of these duties while impaired could present a substantial risk of serious injury to the employee or others.
