Job Description
Overview Beyond Surplus is seeking a reliable IT Asset Valuation Specialist to support our expanding online sales operations. This role involves assessing pallets of electronic equipment, determining resale value, and preparing items for ecommerce fulfillment. Responsibilities include sorting electronics, identifying high-value assets, managing inventory, and online orders. Training will be provided. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and able to safely handle a variety of electronic equipment. Duties Assist with evaluating the potential value of electronic equipment Pick and pack ecommerce orders accurately and efficiently Properly pack electronics using bubble wrap, peanuts, and protective materials Maintain order accuracy and productivity targets Follow instructions from warehouse leadership Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Maintain a positive attitude and professional work ethic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (5+ hours per shift) Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and lift repetitively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to read and understand instructions written in English Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when needed Work Environment Our workplace offers: Casual work attire On-the-job training A relaxed but productive work environment Work is performed entirely in a warehouse setting , where temperatures may vary from cool to warm.
