In this energetic role, you will be the key driver behind ensuring our short-term rental properties are fully prepared and guest-ready. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness, creating a seamless experience for our guests. This position would be perfect for highly organized individuals Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, and stage linens for cleaner pickup according to property specifications.
• Prepare, label, and stage supplies for Inspectors according to company specifications.
• Track inventory levels for linens, paper goods, and consumables; perform regular cycle counts.
• Receive, inspect, and inventory deliveries; resolve discrepancies with vendors and management
• Maintain an organized storeroom; rotate stock (FIFO), update bin labels, maintain clear inventory facings
• Sort unusable or damaged linens and coordinate laundering or replacement.
• Process dirty laundry for outgoing laundering service
• Support process improvements to reduce waste, shrinkage, and ensure proper inventory levels
• Comply with safety and cleanliness standards; lift, move Qualifications
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Clear, professional communication with cleaners, vendors, and office staff.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs, stand for extended periods Schedule and Work Environment
• On-site office/storeroom role; 10am
• 4pm
