your duties are below. Develops goals and objectives th integre organizional, logistics, supply, transportion and inventory management. Establishes, reviews, and revises policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizion design for the staff, as necessary, to elimine work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment. Promotes team building, implements quality improvements, and responds to concerns with regulory compliance and/or customer requirements. The incumbent provides technical and administrive supervision to subordine personnel. Incumbent establishes priorities based on tainment of goals, objectives and work to be accomplished. Assigns work to achieve maximum economy, effectiveness, skill utilizion, and employee motivion. Makes assignments based on priorities and the difficulty and requirements of the assignment. Interviews candides for positions in the flight; recommends appointment, promotion, or reassignment of subordine personnel. Monitors and evalues employee performance. The incumbent assists employees in reaching performance goals. Informs subordines of agency policies and programs. Hears and resolves complaints from employees, referring grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher level supervisor or manager. Effects minor disciplinary measures such as warnings and reprimands and recommends other action in more serious cases. Identifies developmental and training needs of subordines and provides and/or arranges for needed development and training. Approves and/or disapproves leave requests. Implements, promotes, and effectively supports equal opportunity for all personnel and follows provisions of labor agreements and applicable directives pertaining to personnel management. Promotes acceptance and adherence of special emphasis programs. Maintains an effective position management program. Deleges responsibility and authority to subordines. Provides advice, counsel, and instruction on work and administrive mters. Provides guidance and policy direction in supply and equipment support for all assigned units. Develops plans, programs, and policies for the operion, management, and administrion of current and projected organizional programs. Provides guidance in establishing local procedures and/or control not specifically provided for by higher headquarters to include developing and publishing major command options to Army manuals and regulions. Directs development of local supplements and opering instructions and updes as required. Responsible for the implemention of logistics/supply computer operions and programs. Establishes, develops and maintains effective working relionships with other flights, supported organizions, and higher headquarters. Advises the Supply Management Officer and USPFO on available resources of personnel, equipment and funds to maintain maximum mission effectiveness. Develops draft policies, concepts, and procedures to ensure th an effective operion is maintained using personnel, equipment, and funding to support the mission. Obtains, studies, and analyzes programming work assignment and workload documents. Monitors and reviews the monthly inventory document for excessive gains/losses and inities approprie action as required. Ensures coordinion with the other ste

Monitors the stus and effectiveness of merial support by identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems within ste logistical operions. Reviews and analyzes operional reports and plans, work schedules, planned requirements, and other da to determine and advise the Supply Management Officer and/or the USPFO. Determines, inities, and coordines required actions by establishing and maintaining liaison with Depot Inventory Managers, vendors, and ste activities/units to schedule or provide advice as the receipt, accountability and posting to property records for all inbound and outbound property. Participes in meetings, i.e, ste boards, project teams or conferences concerning levels of support, timing, locions and reled inventory requirements. Provides guidance regarding logistic inventory control and conducting surveys of logistic supplies and inventory management functions. Performs quality assurance and review functions using the Management Control Program. Reviews and valides all ste activity/ unit requests for procurement of logistic supplies and services against current and future authorizions, non-standard requests and fiscal law. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
GS-2001-11: Must haveexperience in the following : 1-year specialized experience equivalent to least the next lower grade. Supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions. Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system. Experience coordining with other organizions on complex and controversial supply issues. Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulions to upper levels of management regarding supply functions. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluing to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
