Job Description
Supply Chain Project Specialist responsible for supplier resourcing, sourcing optimization, risk mitigation, project execution, and supply base performance improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field Open to recent graduates Experience or academic background in project management Ability to analyze complex sourcing and supply chain issues Experience gathering and evaluating data to support sourcing decisions Experience supporting projects involving quality, cost, and delivery performance Ability to manage project tracking tools and documentation Preferred Skills SAP experience Power BI experience Data analytics experience SharePoint experience Experience creating dashboards or visual reporting tools Experience with supplier sourcing, resourcing, or risk mitigation activities Job Responsibilities Execute continuous improvement projects across the assigned supply base Evaluate and implement sourcing solutions based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements Support sourcing activities across multiple commodities Lead supplier resourcing projects Support supplier risk mitigation initiatives Gather and analyze sourcing and supplier performance data Track project milestones, actions, and status Maintain project management and team communication tools Support sourcing decisions based on supply chain data and project requirements Coordinate project activities with internal functions and external suppliers
