Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Labeling Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming materials, creating and printing product labels, maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts, supporting light assembly and wiring tasks, and documenting shipments with photographs. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming parts Create control panel wire markers and labels Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Take photographs of shipments, products, and packaging for documentation purposes. Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed. Perform light wiring and assembly tasks according to work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse, inventory, receiving, or labeling experience preferred. Experience with barcode printers and label creation software is a plus. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to read and follow work instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Experience with light assembly or wiring is preferred but not required. Preferred Skills Inventory management experience. Familiarity with warehouse management systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of the labeling process while ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. Attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality are essential for success in this role.

PM Location:
Aurora, IL Pay:
$20 - $25 Hourly This position is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, receiving, and warehouse operations who are looking for a hands-on role with a strong focus on labeling accuracy and inventory management.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
