Inventory Specialist

Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Stock shelves accurately following inventory procedures, ensuring proper placement for easy retrieval Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety standards Use order pickers and RF scanners to fulfill customer orders swiftly and accurately Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, paying attention to quality and presentation Maintain a clean, organized stockroom environment by following safety protocols and inventory controls Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems) Experience with shipping & receiving processes and order fulfillment procedures Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms is a plus Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to lift heavy items safely and stand or walk for extended periods Join us in a role where your energy fuels our success!
