DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the accuracy of the computer dabase of all inventory items maintained by the Central Warehouse Verifies all incoming and outgoing orders for quantity, pricing and expirion des Verifies quantities required for restocking orders as needed Issues warehouse and delivery assignments to the warehouse driver/s 30%
• Verifies expirion des on all products to elimine avoidable losses Is the second signure for accuracy verificion on all outgoing orders Assists with the pulling of outgoing orders as needed Assists with putting away incoming stock orders according to the FIFO method May be required to make warehouse deliveries as needed Trains other staff members on proper inventory procedures 10%
• Insures cleanliness of all assigned locions Maintains temperure control logs Submits work orders for facility repairs within the MWR warehouse Obtains preventive maintenance checks on all warehouse equipment as needed 5%
• Insures preventive maintenance of vehicles assigned to the department Insures proper mileage records are kept and submitted as required Insures vehicles are kept clean all times 5%
