Coordinate the operation of forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to OSHA standards. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a distribution center environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory control, logistics, and materials handling. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to operate or oversee the operation of forklift and other heavy lifting equipment safely. Excellent team management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives using lean management techniques.
