Job Description

Position Overview The Receiving & Inventory Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and flow of incoming product. This position is responsible for receiving and validating inbound footwear, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing product for production. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams. Key Responsibilities  Receive inbound shoe shipments and verify quantities, sizes, and product accuracy against packing lists and labels  Inspect incoming product to ensure correct sizes and identify discrepancies (e.g., mismatched sizes or labeling errors)  Accurately record receipts using Excel or Google Sheets  Stage and organize inventory to support efficient production flow  Communicate receipt status, discrepancies, and inventory updates to Sales and Production teams  Perform regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining overall inventory accuracy  Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages, overages, or inconsistencies  Support shipping operations during high-volume periods  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving and staging area Qualifications  Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy  Comfortable using Excel and/or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting  Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment  Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally  Prior experience in receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred  Ability to lift and move boxes of shoes (up to 50lbs)  Forklift experience not required (no forklifts used in this role)
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
