Augusta, Kansas Parks Motors is hiring an organized, dependable Automotive Inventory Photographer & Merchandising Specialist to professionally present our new and pre-owned vehicles online and across both dealership locations. This position is responsible for photographing vehicles after they have completed the detail process, uploading and managing vehicle images in vAuto, and ensuring each vehicle is properly merchandised and ready for customers—both online and on the lot. Responsibilities Photograph new and pre-owned vehicles for both Parks Chevrolet and Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Produce clear, consistent, professional vehicle photos using our established process Inspect vehicles before photographing and address minor presentation issues such as fingerprints, misplaced items, or inconsistent positioning Apply approved photo overlays and upload images into vAuto Verify that vehicle photos and online listings display correctly Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised with the correct window stickers, buyer's guides, license-plate frames, and other dealership materials Regularly inspect both dealership lots and correct merchandising issues Coordinate with the detail, sales, and inventory teams to keep vehicles moving through the process Track vehicles that still need photos, updated photos, or merchandising materials Assist with occasional dealership errands, vehicle movement, and lot-support duties as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and consistency Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily workload without constant supervision Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Basic computer and smartphone skills Able to learn inventory-management and photo-uploading software Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Previous automotive, photography, merchandising, or dealership experience is helpful but not required What Success Looks Like Vehicles are photographed promptly after they are ready Photos are professional and consistent across both dealerships Online inventory is complete, accurate, and visually appealing Every vehicle on the lot is cleanly presented and properly merchandised Missing photos, stickers, frames, or other merchandising materials are identified and corrected quickly What We Offer Consistent work in a fast-paced dealership environment Training on our vehicle photography and inventory processes Opportunity to work with a wide variety of new and pre-owned vehicles Supportive team environment Employee benefits and vehicle-purchase opportunities, based on eligibility This is an active, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that presentation matters.
