Job Description
This position will be responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing material from incoming trucks. As well as moving materials within the warehouse and the production shop to facilitate production activities and on-time deliveries to customers. Job duties Safely operate a forklift to move, stack or relocate product/materials in the warehouse or shop floor when needed. Inspect products and materials to ensure high-quality standards. Keep track of inventory to effectively locate products and materials. Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile in-house inventory with system inventory and investigate and resolve any issues if necessary. Responsible for inventory accuracy. Close jobs in the ERP system in reference to Shipping Logs. Receive assembled crates from the crating department. Manage UL labels, including issuance, restocking, and tracking. Responsible for overseeing the Lamination and Hardware warehouse, and the issuing of materials. Requirements Basic computer literacy Proficient in computer software (Ex. Word, Excel, Etc.) Prior Warehouse experience Strong verbal and written skills Forklift experience - Required Previous experience with ERP System/Software - Strongly preferred Prior experience in Inventory Control Qualifications Great problem-solving skills Good organization and time management skills Detail orientated Critical thinking Positive attitude Great self-initiative skills
