Job Description
Inventory Control Specialist- Owensboro, KY Join Philip Morris International as we transform toward a smoke-free future. Key Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Support production material availability Reconcile inventory post-production Monitor variances, obsolescence, and exceptions Identify improvements for accuracy and material flow Maintain records and reports Collaborate with operations, warehouse, planning, receiving, and quality teams Follow safety, quality, compliance, and control standards Qualifications Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Logistics, or related field preferred; ERP/SAP experience considered 2+ years in inventory, warehouse, materials planning, or supply chain Knowledge of cycle counting, reconciliation, warehouse transactions, and control practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Proficient with ERP, inventory, or warehouse systems and Microsoft Office Effective communication and collaboration skills CPIM, CSCP, or similar certification a plus
