WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain accurate inventory quantities, locations, bins, and records across GSS locations. Own cycle counts and NetSuite Smart Count scheduling, review, and variance resolution. Administer and troubleshoot inventory functions in NetSuite WMS and Manufacturing Management. Oversee accurate receiving, put-away, transfers, inventory movements, and manufacturing transactions. Research the root cause of discrepancies and implement controls that prevent repeat errors. Build reports, improve processes, document procedures, and train employees on correct transactions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years in inventory control, warehouse management, ERP inventory, or a related role. NetSuite experience strongly preferred; WMS, Smart Count, and manufacturing experience is a plus. Analytical, technology-minded, organized, detail-oriented, and able to train others.

INVENTORY OWNS THE PRODUCT

This role determines what GSS has, where it is, whether NetSuite is correct, and when stock levels require replenishment. Purchasing owns vendors, pricing, and purchase orders.
