This position ensures products are properly located, stocked, scanned, and available to support daily fulfillment operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Utilize inventory, shipping, and internal systems to review and update information as needed. Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records. Pick inventory batches and deliver products and materials to production departments. Print batches and verify order information. Review inventory tags, notes, and product information to ensure accuracy. Identify inventory shortages and assist with creating restock lists. Monitor orders to ensure items are printed, picked, and prepared on time. Complete inventory transfers and maintain proper product locations. Pull and restock inventory, packaging materials, and supplies for production. Identify product sets and understand the individual items included within each set. Scan, sort, and prepare packages for shipment based on carrier requirements. Verify packages have been properly scanned and processed. Pick up completed packages from production departments. Assist with receiving shipments and verifying quantities against purchase orders. Process and sort returns. Generate end-of-day manifests when required. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts when trained and certified. Assist other departments and complete additional duties as assigned. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to accurately count, scan, and track inventory. Ability to use computers, inventory systems, and handheld barcode scanners. Ability to operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, production, logistics, or fulfillment preferred. Experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack preferred. Experience using inventory systems and barcode scanners preferred. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds at a time. Ability to safely move inventory, packages, and materials throughout the facility. Visual ability to read instructions, labels, computer screens, and operate scanning equipment.
