Canton, MA ? $35-$36/hour ? Full-Time | Monday-Friday Direct Hire We're seeking an experienced MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations)/Inventory Specialist to support maintenance operations by managing spare parts, equipment, and inventory in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with inventory control and maintenance systems. Responsibilities Manage MRO inventory, including spare parts, equipment, and maintenance supplies. Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed to support maintenance and production. Prepare and stage parts for preventive maintenance activities. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts. Receive, organize, and store incoming materials. Ensure inventory processes and documentation are accurate and up to date. Work closely with maintenance and production teams to support daily operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom while following all safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance, MRO, inventory control, or manufacturing operations. Experience using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is required. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
