Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day warehouse, inventory, and system operations. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with inventory management and data entry. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident using computers and learning new software. You will work primarily with our Celerant retail and inventory management system , Microsoft Excel, and physical warehouse inventory. Previous Celerant experience is helpful but not required . We are willing to train the right person who has strong computer skills, warehouse experience, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming inventory and shipments. Verify received products against purchase orders and system records. Enter and maintain accurate inventory information within Celerant. Assist with inventory transfers between warehouse and store locations. Perform inventory adjustments when discrepancies are identified. Research differences between physical inventory and system inventory. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. Verify SKUs, UPCs, quantities, product descriptions, and warehouse locations. Assist with order fulfillment and inventory-related warehouse activities. Maintain accurate product and inventory records. Use Microsoft Excel for basic inventory tracking, reporting, and reconciliation. Sort, filter, and compare inventory information using spreadsheets. Identify inventory or data issues and escalate discrepancies when necessary. Work with warehouse, purchasing, store, and management teams to resolve inventory issues. Help maintain organized warehouse locations and accurate product placement. Follow established inventory, receiving, and fulfillment procedures. Qualifications Previous experience working in a warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, retail operations, or similar environment. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Basic Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow documented processes and procedures. Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate problems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable and able to work independently after training. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ability to communicate clearly with warehouse and office staff. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Celerant Stratus or another POS, ERP, warehouse, or inventory management system. Experience with inventory receiving, cycle counting, transfers, or reconciliation. Experience working with SKUs, UPCs, purchase orders, or product catalogs. Experience using Excel for inventory or operational tasks. Experience in retail distribution, beauty supply, wholesale, or multi-location retail operations. Compensation:
$22-$25/hour based on experience.
