Inventory Control Specialist Location:
Westborough, MA Pay:
$22.00-$23.00 per hour (Based on Experience)Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday Join Our Team! Are you detail-oriented and enjoy solving problems? We're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to help maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. If you have experience with inventory, cycle counting, warehouse operations, or material control, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits Conduct scheduled bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain organized inventory locations and storage areas Process and document inventory adjustments Assist with customer, purchasing, planning, and inventory-related issues Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports Collaborate with multiple departments to improve inventory processes Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of inventory control, warehouse, material handling, or inventory management experience Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry Ability to investigate discrepancies and solve problems Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift Preferred Experience Manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment ERP or inventory management software experience Experience with inventory reconciliation and inventory reporting Continuous improvement or Lean manufacturing experience Transferable Experience We encourage applicants with experience in: Warehouse & Distribution Shipping & Receiving Material Handling Logistics & Supply Chain Retail Inventory Management Manufacturing Operations Stockroom or Parts Room Operations Automotive Parts or Inventory Control Why Join Us?Competitive starting pay:
