Requirements Help Conditions of employment Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. The incumbent of this position description must have a minimum, a completed Nional Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment. May be required to successfully complete a probionary period. Irregular and/or overtime (compensory) hours may be required to support operional requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty day. This position is subject to provisions of the DoD Priority Placement Program and Veterans Preference. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. Position is designed Essential Personnel for ste emergency response, capped 14 calendar days annually unless approved in advance by the TAG. 3R Incentive MAY be authorized (recruitment and relocion) Strong understanding and practical experience with the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) and the Inspector General Evaluion Management System (IGEMS). Demonstred ability to enter, upde, and valide corrective action plans, analyze da trends, and identify areas for program improvement. Comprehensive knowledge of how MICT supports inspection readiness and integres with the Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP). A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and evalue personnel. Strong knowledge of the Agency Program Coordinor (APC) program, including oversight of Government Purchase Card (GPC) operions and compliance requirements. Solid understanding of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and other readiness-reporting systems, with the ability to interpret readiness da and support unit reporting requirements. GENERAL EXPERIENCE
is experience, educion or training involving administrion of supply management, storage, caloging, packaging and distribution or other work which provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automion systems.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
1-year specialized experience equivalent to least the next lower grade. Supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions. Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system. Experience coordining with other organizions on complex and controversial supply issues. Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulions to upper levels of management regarding supply functions. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluing to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Educion There are no specific educional requirements for this position. However, substitution of Educion for Specialized Experience is allowed.
