Duties Help This position is loced in the Operions Compliance Function, Logistics Readiness Squadron, Mission Support Group, an ANG Aviion Wing. The primary purpose of this position is to direct the development, coordinion, and implemention of procedural changes; to direct the performance of management analysis and compliance for the activities under the jurisdiction of the Logistics Readiness Squadron Commander; direct the squadron readiness and training programs, and to direct resource management and systems management in support of unit mission. Position is responsible for the management, direction, and supervision of employees. Duties Develops goals and objectives th integre organizional, supply, transportion and fuels objectives. Establishes, reviews, and revises policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizion design for the staff, as necessary, to elimine work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment. Deleges responsibility and authority to subordines. Provides advice, counsel, and instruction on work and administrive mters. Provides guidance and policy direction in supply and equipment support for all assigned units. Assists in formuling policies, concepts, and procedures to ensure th an effective LRS operion is maintained using personnel, equipment, and funding to support the mission. Directs the internal surveillance program to scrutinize the operions of all Logistics Readiness Squadron functions to ensure compliance. Maintain a working knowledge of functional manpower requirements and documents, manning levels, and work with respective flight leadership to address staffing concerns. Approves and/or disapproves leave requests. Implements, promotes, and effectively supports equal opportunity for all personnel and follows provisions of labor agreements and applicable directives pertaining to personnel management.

The incumbent of this position description must have a minimum, a completed Nional Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment. May be required to successfully complete a probionary period. Position is designed Essential Personnel for ste emergency response, capped 14 calendar days annually unless approved in advance by the TAG. 3R Incentive MAY be authorized (recruitment and relocion) Strong understanding and practical experience with the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) and the Inspector General Evaluion Management System (IGEMS). Demonstred ability to enter, upde, and valide corrective action plans, analyze da trends, and identify areas for program improvement. Comprehensive knowledge of how MICT supports inspection readiness and integres with the Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP). A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience, with proven ability to lead, mentor, and evalue personnel. Strong knowledge of the Agency Program Coordinor (APC) program, including oversight of Government Purchase Card (GPC) operions and compliance requirements. Solid understanding of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and other readiness-reporting systems, with the ability to interpret readiness da and support unit reporting requirements. GENERAL EXPERIENCE
is experience, educion or training involving administrion of supply management, storage, caloging, packaging and distribution or other work which provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automion systems.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
1-year specialized experience equivalent to least the next lower grade. Supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions. Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system. Experience coordining with other organizions on complex and controversial supply issues. Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulions to upper levels of management regarding supply functions. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluing to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Educion There are no specific educional requirements for this position.
