About the Role Experience in fulfillment is NOT required for this position, though it is appreciated. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Seasonal Fulfillment & Inventory Specialist to help keep our operation running smoothly during the busy holiday season. You'll be responsible for: Packing and Shipping orders accurately and on time. Keeping inventory organized and stocked. Helping maintain a clean, efficient fulfillment space. This is an important, hands-on role on a small team, so reliability, communication, and follow-through really matter. During fall and the holidays, order volume rises and teamwork, urgency, and consistency are especially important. What You'll Be Doing Packing, and shipping a high volume of orders with speed and accuracy Follow brand standards for folding, packaging, inserts, and presentation so every order feels special Restock products, organize inventory. Monitor and restock packing supplies so the team stays prepared during busy periods Keep the fulfillment space clean, organized, and efficient throughout the day Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Communicate clearly with the team What Success Looks Like You maintain a very high level of accuracy and take the time to double-check your work You show up on time, ready to work The fulfillment area is noticeably clean and organized The team can rely on you to take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through consistently What We're Looking For Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking Able to work quickly without sacrificing quality Calm and focused during busy, high-volume periods Good communicator with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team Interested in contributing to a growing small business and strong team culture Bonus Points Experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse.
