Job Overview:

The Inventory & Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting the efficient, accurate, and safe operation of warehouse and inventory activities. This position oversees and supports receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping processes while ensuring inventory records are accurate and materials are properly tracked within the SAP system.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, stock, and move materials safely and efficiently. Conduct inventory control activities including stock counting, cycle counts, and reconciliation using inventory management software and warehouse management systems like AS400. Manage shipping and receiving processes by preparing shipments, packing orders, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring proper documentation. Perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and materials handling while adhering to OSHA safety regulations and PPE protocols. Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment with precision to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking supplies properly and ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize warehouse distribution workflows and improve overall warehouse operations. Experience & Qualification High school diploma or GED required. College degree or coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
