In this detail-oriented role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate stock movement, and support procurement activities to ensure accurate inventory records. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will drive process improvements, optimize inventory levels, and contribute to the overall efficiency of inventory control. Responsibilities Utilize data from multiple sources (i.e. purchase orders, invoices, accounting and plant reports, and EVCC's) to complete electronic data collection and summarization. Meticulous attention to detail while completing data entry of new inventory, receiving reports, and cost-sheet analysis. Work with internal teams, customers, and vendors to complete purchase orders and all record keeping for Outside Processing. Collaborate with Logistics and Purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory logs related to steel specifications per customer needs. Assists with monthly reconciliation of inventory stock using ERP and plant personnel. Assists with annual year end physical reconciliation of inventory stock. Become subject matter expert working within ERP. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, warehouse distribution, and inventory control practices. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements within warehouse operations. Familiarity with logistics concepts such as shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, materials handling, and production planning.
