Job Description

Grace Performance is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Clerk & Inventory Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately processing vehicle titles and registrations, preparing and submitting finance paperwork to lenders, and maintaining accurate dealership inventory records. We are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar dealership title, finance, inventory, or office position and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Process titles, registrations, lien paperwork, and other required vehicle documentation Ensure all title and registration paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner Prepare and submit complete finance paperwork and deal packages to lenders Review finance documents for accuracy and ensure all required signatures and supporting documentation are included Communicate with lenders regarding funding requirements, missing documents, and deal status Follow up on outstanding funding and paperwork to ensure deals are funded in a timely manner Communicate with customers, lenders, manufacturers, and state agencies as needed Maintain organized and accurate title, finance, and deal records Input new and used inventory into the dealership management system Enter and maintain unit information, including VINs, models, pricing, options, and other pertinent details Review inventory records for accuracy and make corrections as necessary Assist with receiving and processing new and used units Process paperwork related to sold, traded, transferred, and received units Assist other dealership office staff with administrative duties as needed Maintain strict attention to detail and protect confidential customer and financial information Answer the dealership's main phone line in a prompt, professional and helpful manner and filter calls to the appropriate person or department. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar dealership title, finance, inventory, or administrative position is required Dealership experience strongly preferred Experience with title and registration processing preferred Experience preparing and submitting finance paperwork to lenders preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Comfortable working with computers and dealership management software Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while also being a team player Professional and dependable work ethic Ability to handle confidential customer and financial information appropriately What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, stable employment with an established powersports dealership Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discounts on parts, accessories, and dealership products Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A friendly, team-oriented work environment Training and support to help you succeed in the position Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) / retirement plan Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an organized, dependable professional with hands-on dealership office experience who understands the importance of accurate paperwork, timely lender submissions, proper title processing, and accurate inventory management. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced powersports dealership environment, managing multiple deals and deadlines at once, and communicating professionally with customers, lenders, coworkers, manufacturers, and state agencies. Previous experience in a similar position is required. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
