In this vital role, you will oversee inventory management, streamline store operations, and ensure accurate data collection across our store processes. Your proactive approach will help optimize inventory levels, and improve process efficiencies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills and technical proficiency will drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage store supply activities, including stock receiving, storage, and to ensure timely inventory. Utilize point of sales management systems (POS) and other platforms track inventory levels, process transactions, and generate reports. Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence. Perform data mining and analytics using tools like Excel data analysis and QuickBooks to identify trends and optimize stock levels. Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and supplier management to maintain optimal inventory levels. Requirements Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain operations with a strong understanding of customer service. Technical proficiency in inventory management software, Excel (including data analysis), and QuickBooks for data visualization. Ability to perform root cause analysis effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with sourcing teams, logistics providers (3PL), merchandising teams, and other stakeholders. Pay:
