As an Inventory Coordinator , you will play an important role in supporting our orthopedic sales team by ensuring the right products and instruments are accurately received, organized, maintained, and available to the sales representatives when needed. This is an entry level role and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in accuracy, with responsibilities ranging from inventory management and audits to shipping, receiving, and supporting inventory needs.

Columbia, Missouri What Elite Orthopedics Offers You Health, Dental & Vision Plans 401(k)+match PTO Entry Level - 15 Days Life Insurance Employer paid LTD Voluntary Employee Paid STD Essential Responsibilities Fulfills requisitions for products from inventory for sales reps and assigns receipt of property through inventory system Performs tasks to receive and record Arthrex product shipments Performs audits of returned product trays and re-stocks to return to inventory circulation Performs audits of instrument sets for Columbia location's warehousing Assists inventory team in activities to include; corporate ordering, shipping of "obsolete" products, storage, maintenance, and organization of inventory, and inventory audits Assists in off-site product audits at local hospitals, facilities and other offices Drives to pick up and deliver product to reps and facilities in the field as a backup to reps and Operations Specialist Minimum Qualifications High school or GED equivalency Valid driver's license, current MO minimum vehicle insurance, and reliable personal transportation Experience in prior jobs that required heightened attention to detail, accuracy, and precision Prior experience performing internal audits and/or knowledge of related reconciliation activities Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office Prior experience driving small delivery vans or commercial trucks or towing small trailers Plus's Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing situations Well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
