Job Description
Silverline Trailers is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our Corporate Team. This position plays a key role in supporting inventory management, logistics, sales operations, and the title department. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assist with finance company and contract-related questions. Manage and maintain spreadsheets and operational reports. Run inventory reports from our dealership management system to support internal audits. Provide phone support to sales teams and customers Tuesday through Saturday. Coordinate logistics by processing incoming trailer inventory and assisting with inventory requests. Contact transportation companies and manufacturers to obtain shipping documents and trailer invoices. Review monthly inventory audits submitted by dealership locations and follow up on discrepancies as needed. Manage weekly finance company repossession audits. Provide weekend support to the Title Department. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Comfortable learning new software systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments. Previous administrative, inventory, logistics, dealership, or office experience is preferred but not required.
