MOSDOH - Inventory & Dental Dispensary Technician Description A.T. Still University's Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-MOSDOH) is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Inventory & Dental Dispensary Technician on the St. Louis, Missouri campus. This role supports the Inventory Manager, ensuring the efficient distribution of supplies to dental students and maintaining clinic supply inventory. Duties & Responsibilities Report supplies needed to maintain adequate inventory to Inventory Manager. Report supplies-related issues to Inventory Manager. Maintain accurate log of lab cases, prepare, ship out, and receive lab cases and ensure payment for each has been made. following established clinic procedures. Print a report of all checked items for each clinic session and report to Inventory Manager each outstanding item per day. Will serve as a float as needed in the Dispensary. Requirements Requirements"> Skills & Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Experience in Supply chain management Sterilization, and HIPAA regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, comfortable with computers in general. Familiarity with infection control procedures, effective communication skills. Possess strong organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Customer service skills. Ability to stand for 90% of the workday. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be a team player and have the ability to work well under high pressure situations. Must have a mature, professional attitude at all times.
