Are you meticulous, organized, and adept at managing inventory to perfection? We're seeking a proactive Inventory Specialist to take charge of our inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy, optimizing stock levels through cycle counts, and building assembly kits for the continuation of efficient operations. This role sets up all other departments for success, and keeps our company right on track to help serve our customers. Success Factors:
Proven experience as an inventory specialist or in a similar role. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to function in a successful team environment. Interpersonal and communication skills. Detail oriented and organized. Must be able to lift 25 pounds consistently.
Responsibilities:
Regularly monitor inventory levels and stock movements to align with demand and production requirements. Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory items. Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assemble production kits, ensuring customer demands are met. Review and assess part numbers and related details to verify the accuracy of inventory in physical locations. Maintain detailed and up to date records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and transfers.
