•$65,000/year We are hiring a high-ownership Senior Parts & Inventory Specialist to manage supply chain accuracy and serve as an operational resource for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control:

Drive high inventory accuracy, maintain ideal reorder levels, and optimize turnover.

Order Fulfillment:

Process parts orders accurately and ensure seamless shipment follow-through.

Logistics & Claims:

Actively resolve open POs, backorders, RMAs, and warranty claims.

Cross-Department Workflow:

Streamline inventory organization, reporting, and team collaboration.

Requirements:

Proven senior-level experience in parts and inventory management. Problem-solving skills, reliability, and track record of disciplined transaction tracking.

•5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Key Performance Expectations  Maintain high inventory accuracy and disciplined inventory transactions.  Process parts orders accurately and on time, with shipment follow-through.  Maintain effective reorder levels that reduce stockouts without creating unnecessary overstock.  Follow up promptly on open purchase orders, backorders, RMAs, and warranty claims.  Support improved inventory turnover, organization, reporting, and cross-department workflow.  Demonstrate ownership, reliability, problem-solving, and communication while serving as a senior resource for Parts & Inventory.
